2011 Terms & Conditions
Agreement of Sale
Once an order is placed, the payment is processed immediately. This will secure your place, ensuring that your suit will be created and shipped in a timely manner. You can expect to receive your suit about ten to twelve days before your show date. Due to the custom nature of our suits, they are FINAL SALE – no exceptions.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up to two months before the show date. Orders cancelled less than two months before the show date are not subject to a refund. For all cancelled orders, a restocking fee will be charged in the amount of one half of the total order.
Changed Show Date
In the event that a client will change the date of their show, it is required that we have eight weeks to secure a new spot.
Injury/Illness
In the event of an injury or illness we will offer a credit in the full amount of the original purchase, towards the purchase of a new suit or gift. This credit is valid for up to one year from the date that it is received.
Shipping Charge
UPS: Second Day Air or Overnight
We ship by way of UPS insured. On the day of shipment, a fee will be charged for shipping from the credit card on file. Please note that for the orders that are placed with less than two months advanced notice, there is the possibility for only the overnight shipping option.

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase/production of materials, and with written agreement you have understood and accepted the transaction.
